I like willow tree figurines. I think this is the first figurine I've ever bought.

Our life is a long quest. Whether we are aware of it or not, we are on this quest since we are born. It is not for rewards, but the journey itself is the reason why we are on this quest. Maybe discovering why we are on this journey is the goal of this quest. Every step forward, we learn something. We sometimes step backward as well. Some dash forward in search of its ending and eventually burn out. Some just stay in their safe zone. Some cheat their way through it. Some quit in the middle. But some succeed and finish this quest and achieve the greatest wisdom of all, the answer for the question: "Why do we live?"

As everyone, I'm on this quest as well. A long, tough, but exciting journey. I don't know when and how it will end. No one does. So instead of worrying about the unpredictable finish line, I decided to enjoy the journey itself. I see rotten lakes and dirty roads, but I also see clear skies, magnificent mountains, and I can smell the scent of flowers on the roadside. Why not enjoy these things on the way? That is my world view of Carpe Diem. There are so many things that turn me down, but there are so many other things that I appreciate and enjoy. Seize the moment, and you are on track to your own happy ending.
